There’s nothing mundane in the writing world of Terry Wright. Tension, conflict and suspense propel his readers through the pages as if they were on fire. Published in Science Fiction, Supernatural, and Horror, his mastery of the action thriller has won him International acclaim as an accomplished screenplay writer. A longtime member of the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers, (rmfw.org) he serves on the board as their annual Colorado Gold Writing Contest coordinator, as well as their Membership Chair and website liaison. He’s also the recipient of RMFW’s coveted Jasmine Award for 2012.
Terry is also the editor and publisher at TWB Press, an electronic publishing company specializing in Science Fiction, Supernatural, Horror, and Thriller genre e-books. He has published authors from California to the UK and as far around the globe as Estonia.
In spite of his successes in the field of fiction, his first writing love is journalism, though that career had escaped him during the Vietnam era. Sent to war with a gun and a wrench, he served with the 554 Civil Engineering Squadron, also known world-wide as Red Horse, and began a career in vehicle maintenance, which led to a 36-year stint running his own auto repair business. Along the way, he got involved with fiction writing. The rest is history.
American Pork is Terry’s venture back into journalistic writing and has become his platform for editorial commentary on current events, politics, and that illusive concept called common sense. You’re welcome to listen in, sign on, and comment from your perspective on the issues he raises for discussion.
